30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lattafa fragrance purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Important: Due to the nature of fragrance products, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with seals intact.

Eligibility for Returns

Items Eligible for Return

  • Unopened products in original packaging
  • Products with manufacturing defects
  • Wrong items shipped (our mistake)
  • Damaged items during shipping

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used fragrance products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift sets if any item has been opened

Health & Safety Notice: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened fragrance products. Once the protective seal is broken, the product cannot be resold.

Once we receive your return, please allow:

  • 3-5 business days for processing and inspection
  • 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. If you paid with:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refund to your card (5-10 business days)
  • PayPal: Refund to your PayPal account (2-3 business days)
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer refund (7-14 business days)

  • Wrong items shipped by us
  • Damaged or defective products

Customer-Paid Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for:

  • Change of mind returns
  • Items no longer wanted
  • Incorrect size/color selection

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We'll ship a replacement at no additional cost
  • Return shipping for damaged items is always free

International Returns

For international orders:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Return process may take additional time
  • Please contact us before shipping international returns

Exchange Policy

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product:

  • Return the original item for a refund
  • Place a new order for the desired product
  • We'll prioritize processing your return
